Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Cobar, an AI marketing application operated by Wallaroo Media. By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using Cobar, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
What Cobar does
Cobar helps marketing teams draft, analyze, and route work using connected business data and AI models. Cobar produces recommendations, drafts, reports, and proposed actions for human review. You are responsible for deciding whether to approve, publish, send, or otherwise use any output.
Accounts and authorized users
You must use Cobar only through an account issued or approved for your organization. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or access another organization's workspace without authorization.
Connected services
If you connect services such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, or other integrations, you authorize Cobar to access and use that data only to provide the service to you. You can disconnect integrations when available in the product or through the connected service's own admin settings.
AI outputs and human approval
AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it externally, including checking brand voice, factual claims, legal requirements, advertising rules, and platform policies. Cobar is not a substitute for legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cobar to:
- Break the law or violate another service's terms.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
- Upload data you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scan, or disrupt the service.
- Use outputs in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to Cobar. You grant Wallaroo Media permission to process that content and data as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Cobar. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable order form, subscription checkout, or written agreement between your organization and Wallaroo Media. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in that agreement.
Availability and changes
Cobar may change over time as features are added, updated, or removed. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to security or abuse concerns.
Intellectual property
Cobar, its software, design, branding, and related technology belong to Wallaroo Media and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Cobar is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wallaroo Media disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Termination
You may stop using Cobar at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if your subscription ends, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
